Jessica K called to ask if we recommend pool builders or installers. We are working on a database of pool professionals around the country so customers who need help to install their pool ladders and pool rails can find help locally. We will make an announcement here when the list is available. In the meantime, the response to Jessica below may be of help to others in the same situation.

I am looking for a hand rail that is 5 ft wide. I didn't see it listed and wonder what the price would be for one. Please let me know.
Thank you

Hi Janice:
Thank you very much for your order. I see that you ordered a pair of taupe escutcheons and I am wondering whether to send them or refund the money for them to you. The ladder comes with escutcheons. Also, you are installing this ladder in Florida, right? Anchor sockets are really only needed up north where pool ladders and rails are removed in the winter. In FL it will be a permanent installation I presume. Please look at this link and let me know if maybe all you need is the 3 step ladder:

As soon as I hear back from you we will ship. We can ship today.
Thanks,
Madelaine

Dear innovative,
We have sand under the pavers and no concrete. What do you recommend in this case the instructions you send does not cover this application?
Thanks.

Yes thank you, I received the samples. We decided on the black material. We are trying to figure out what product would suit our needs best. We have a Morgan hot tub and I want to mount a rail into the concrete slab that it sits on in a way that will allow the cover to open and close properly. Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

Dear InnovativePoolProducts,
I noticed that most pool ladder steps are 20 in on center. I am trying to find replacement steps that are approx. 18 1/4 between the poles and 20 in overall. Do you carry any white ladder steps that will work for my pool ladder?
Thanks

Hi, I e-mailed you last week asking about a 5 step ladder for an in ground pool and you sent me some quotes.
The park management has said that the ladders must be crossed braced according to Martin County regulations.
Can you send some information on a 24 inch cross braced inground pool ladder including the price with shipping to Indiantown, Florida. Thank you and I hope to be getting back to you...
Management claims these ladders are over $1,000.00 each. You show $607.88
